Firstly thanks to the Falcons for the use of their facilities.
A very positive meeting was held, attended mainly by “the usual suspects”
Many thanks to Izzy Fleming for her sterling (pun courtesy of Colin Edge) work as treasurer over the past 7 years but she has decided to hang up her calculator with Gillian (spreadsheet) Watson stepping in to take her place.
A good atmosphere and as a newbie it was nice to see how things work and put faces to names, also to have a bit of a look around the posh part of Kingston Park.
So we head into a new season full of optimism and I look forward to seeing you all at as many games as possible.
The season kicks off in just a few weeks, our first league game is at Kingston Park on September 10th (KO 15.00) with Harlequins providing the opposition so come and add your support.
We’ll be running buses to as many of the away matches as possible so keep a check on our pages, social media and if you are already a member of the supporters club, your inbox for updates.
