At the end of every month, Supporters Club Members vote for their favourite player from a selection of names put forward by the SC Committee. The votes are counted and the player with most votes for that month gets awarded “Player of the Month”. A member who voted is chosen by the tried and tested “out of the hat” method and then makes the presentation to the player, usually after a home game. A photograph of the presentation will be displayed on this site and may be used in a match day programme or other media.
Regrettably the awards had to be suspended for the 23/24 season but we are pleased to announce they are up and running again with The Busty Bakery as sponsors.
The votes for September and October are in and talks with the club are ongoing to find a suitable home game for the presentations to take place.
